Waterjet cutting
Raw glass is cut to the required size and shape on a waterjet machine, including burner openings, holes and rounded corners.

Edge finishing
Glass edges are ground and polished for safety and a clean, consistent appearance.

Colour & printing
The required colour and artwork are applied to the glass before it goes into the furnace.
